Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
This individual will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate is a sales professional with a proven track record of success in high-ticket sales and a passion for wellness technology.
Compensation:
$35,000 to $52,000 with the opportunity to make $300,000 commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the wellness and medical industries.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct high-volume cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
Manage and follow up on inbound leads promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate and close sales deals with a consultative approach.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in the wellness or medical technology sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
