Accurate record-keeping is imperative for providing personalized service, tracking progress, and generating insights for decision-making. Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics. This necessitates a proactive approach to sales, including consistent prospecting, follow-up, and closing of deals.Leveraging sales skills, product knowledge, and market insights, drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, developing new business; managing the selling cycle from prospecting to closing Proven experience in transactional, high-volume sales roles, preferably selling to the construction or similar industry Demonstrates a hunter mentality, excelling in sales to blue-collar professionals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Solid organizational and time-management skills Exhibits responsibility, punctuality, and proactive follow-up in all interactions Motivated and assertive, thriving on the challenge of sales acquisition Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively present and engage with clients Presents professionally and is adept at building rapport across diverse demographics Driven and ambitious, displaying a hunger for success in sales roles Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
