    Job Purpose:

    This position is responsible to the Director of Professional Services Sales for the direction, coordination, and overall activities of daily Sales functions. The Professional Services Sales Executive is responsible for specialized sales focused on professional services and associated software.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Generate leads and close sales of software solutions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Provide product demonstrations and presentations.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, market activities, and competition.
    • Follow all company processes and procedures in accordance with the LSC Quality Management system to ensure that a quality product is maintained and delivered within the predetermined time and cost.
    • Attend required internal company meetings such as safety, departmental, scheduled daily and weekly meetings.
    • All employees are required to actively participate in the LSC Safety Program.
    • Be the forerunner in assuring customer satisfaction by meeting customer's expectations while containing scope and cost creep.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    · Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    · A minimum of two years of successful experience in planning, installation, customer relations, personnel and materials management, familiarity with governmental regulations and complex organizational structures, as well as training and development.

    Preferred:

    · Proven sales experience in software solutions or related field

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · Must be able to operate computers and understand Windows operating environment. Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word.

    · Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    · Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

    Skills

    · An ability to integrate and harmonize diversified functions, including the administrative function.

    · Effective communication skills, as well as computer and managerial skills.

    · Understanding, influencing, and serving others are important attributes in this position.

    o The ability to select, develop and motivate people and create a positive work environment.

    o The ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively and determine appropriate courses of action for the organization.

    o Must display a high degree of emotional maturity while keeping difficult situations in proper perspective.

    o Must be flexible and have well-developed interpersonal skills.
