    We are looking for a talented individual who would like to be part of an organization driving hyper-growth and helping existing AWS customers operate on AWS and innovate on our platform.

    Do you have the business savvy to work with a cross-functional team that includes specialists, solution architects, and product and partner teams to deliver business growth for AWS and our Fintech customers? AWS is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to lead and expand the business with our existing customer base.

    The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for creating and executing the account strategy and leading the extended team so the customer achieves its growth targets, thereby AWS achieving increased levels of revenue and service growth.

    It is critical that the Enterprise Sales Representative has an extensive track record of building and nurturing senior level relationships with complex customers, has a hands-on approach to developing new opportunities, public cloud technical acumen, and has led a large team of extended resources.

    This includes C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales

    • Collaborate with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests, and understand how to strongly advocate for customer and balance that with AWS business needs
    • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
    • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
    • Manage contract negotiations
    • Develop longterm strategic relationships with key accounts at the most senior level (Clevel)
    • Expect moderate travel
    7+ years of technology related sales or business development experience

    • 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to Clevel executives experience
    • BA/BS degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
    7+ years of quota-carrying technology field sales or business development experience

    • 5+ years of experience with identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing largescale technology projects with enterprise accounts
    • Experience working with and presenting to Clevel executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations
    • 5+ years of experience creating and implementing longterm transformational account strategies in a customerfacing role
    • A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
    • Cross functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV)
    • Experience working with customers in Financial Services or Fintech Industry experience

    This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives.
