    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Precision Science, a contract manufacturer of animal health products, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to work with clients in the

    equine health space to include supplements, medicated articles, and other health-related goods. This individual will work closely with the Business

    Development Manager to drive sales goals and manage incoming projects. In addition, the Account Manager serves as a liaison between existing

    clients and all Precision Science team members. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of equine health needs and industry

    trends, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

    KEY DUTIES OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ? Coordinate the pricing process and deliver high quality proposals to clients.

    ? Be the face of Precision Science and work as the primary point of contact for all new projects and day to day account management.

    ? Track and coordinate all communications client and company representatives

    ? Become subject matter expert on all products and markets in responsible clients

    ? Lead client calls as needed to discuss highly technical information for projects and new opportunities.

    ? Drive sales goals and manage incoming projects.

    ? Coordinate with other team members for new product development and improvement of existing products and services.

    ? Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.

    ? Keeping accurate records pertaining to customer and project data accurate and current in client database.

    ? Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

    ? Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes and ensuring timely communication between client and

    internal teams.

    ? Provide regular updates to team on clients, pricing and market changes.

    ? Deep understanding of client contacts to include their view on the strategic direction of the organization as well as how Precision Science

    can align with client goals.

    ? Help to develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy to expand capabilities and meet client requirements.

    ? Extremely thorough working knowledge of all Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    ? Experience as a groom, equestrian, veterinarian technician or equine trainer

    ? Understands and hands on experience for feeding and care of horses, horse nutrition, forage and grains

    ? Sales/Account management experience with proven track record of revenue growth

    ? Experience working in a CRM system (Pipedrive preferred)

    EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING:

    ? BA/BS degree required (Equine Science)

    ESSENTIAL ABILITIES:

    ? Math skills.

    ? Project coordination/management skills

    ? Comfortable working in a long sales cycle environment

    ? Excellent time management skills

    ? Strong verbal and written communication skills

    ? Self-motivated and ability to effectively prioritize tasks

    ? Ability to work in a team environment.

    ? May be required to work a flexible schedule.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    ? Prolonged sitting and standing.

    ? Ability to lift 25 lbs
