- As the Coordinator, your daily functions will include, but are not limited to, providing administrative, scheduling, and travel support for the Executive Office
- Coordinate the meeting/travel schedule
- Planning and executing calendaring functions for virtual and in-person meetings and events
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings
- Coordination of travel reimbursements/expense reports
- Assist Core Team members with administrative tasks (travel, document formatting, expense reports, etc.)
- Assist with preparing of PowerPoint presentations and/or Excel documents, as needed
- Coordinate logistics for all committee meetings as needed
- Assist with coding and processing of invoices
- Assist with coordination of conference center activities, as needed
- Other duties as assigned.

- The ideal candidate must have at least three to five years of experience in the coordination and administration of projects, training, events and/or meetings
