    Description
    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join the team for one of the most prominent nonprofits in the DC area. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment. (Office Coordinator, Office Management, Facilities Coordinator experience required)

    salary: $26 - $29 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
    education: Associate

    Responsibilities
    • Manage and organize facility operations, supporting multiple managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
    • Utilize Excel for data analysis and MS Word for report generation.
    • Coordinate travel, appointments, meeting logistics, and catering using Concur, Outlook, and Resource Scheduler.
    • Develop engaging presentations in collaboration with presenters using MS PowerPoint.
    • Assist in planning and executing internal meetings, including catering arrangements.
    • Handle expense reports using People Soft.
    • Greet and assist visitors to the department.
    • Monitor intranet communications for any WPS-related issues.
    • Maintain a tidy and orderly office environment.
    • Record and organize meeting minutes.
    • Provide support for ad hoc tasks as required.
