    Job Title:
    Sponsorship Sales Executive

    Salary:
    up to £30,000 – £40,000 per annum basic + commission

    Contract:
    Permanent

    Location:
    Near Hertford | Hybrid role

    Hours:
    Full time, Monday to Friday full time

    COMPANY PROFILE
    We are seeking a hungry and driven sales candidate to join a thriving business near Hertford.

    The successful candidate will sell multi-tiered sponsorship packages, for a range of different events, by seeking out new partnerships and develop excellent relationships, with relevant decision makers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Selling over the counter and bespoke sponsorship packages to UK and international clients
    • Regularly hitting and exceeding targets
    • Grow revenue, and account manage existing clients and source new business.
    • Keep close liaison with marketing and other teams.
    • Working closely with the commercial director, to develop excellent sponsorship leads
    • Developing and managing an effective sales pipeline
    • Attending events and managing sponsors at the events as well as any other adhoc duties

    SKILLS

    • Must have previous experience working in Sponsorship sales.
    • A desire to learn and develop within the events industry
    • Must have B2B experience.
    • A hunger for winning new business
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous experience of sales planning and forecasting
