After college, I started my first sales job and started my career as an entrepreneur in sales, training, and business development. Over the years, I have helped hundreds of sales representatives, executives, and business leaders grow and succeed. My professional skillset includes leadership coaching, sales, mentorship, public speaking, training, business development, and recruiting. I love helping others achieve their goals both in business and in life. I am currently getting certified for NPL Coaching and hypnotherapy to be able to help clients even more with their goals.

Regional Director of Sales/President

  • In this role, I am responsible for building a start-up sales and marketing company in a new market for a Fortune 100 client (AT&T). In this role, my primary responsibilities and achievements include, but are not limited to:
  • Director: oversee the daily operations of the firm for recruiting, SEO, sales, leadership development, enterprise acquisitions, and client retention. 
  • Recruiting: responsible for the ad placements, recruiting, marketing, and hiring process for the Raleigh region. Achieved a new headcount and onboarding record for the region. 
  • Innovate: developed new coaching and sales strategies for new markets across the country.
  • Sales: increased revenue for Fortune 100 clients in the target market from 0 before August 2021 to over 14 million in revenue from new acquisitions.
  • Finance: oversee profits and company payroll. Have weekly coaching conversations with teams on their profitability and sales KPIs.
