    Raleigh Sales Executive

    The person in this position will become an integral part of the Raleigh team, working closely with colleagues to identify strategic growth opportunities, cultivate new client relationships, drive the sales engagement process diligently, and achieve targeted sales objectives. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about Slalom's capabilities in driving client success. Strong relationships in the Triangle or selling services is an accelerator to your success.

    What You'll Do
    • Originate, lead, and negotiate strategic opportunities with new and existing clients to create and sustain a diverse book of business.
    • Leverage Slalom Sales platforms to partner with market leadership to define industry alignment and develop, manage, and forecast sales/revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with our alliance partners to drive joint sales activity, including AWS, Salesforce, Google Cloud, and Microsoft.
    • Target, develop, and maintain key buyer/influencer relationships across multiple client accounts.
    • Drive development of account strategy and sales activity in partnership with the account and practice leaders.
    • Define win themes based on our competition and contribute to proposal development.
    What You'll Bring
    • 7+ years of demonstrated success by consistently achieving sales targets using a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
    • Adept at managing sales/revenue forecasts and developing strategies to bridge gaps to achieve targeted results.
    • Passion for sales and a genuine interest in providing business value for Slalom's clients.
    • Skilled at partnering with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
    • Ability to close deals by employing a variety of strategic angles.
