Job Description:
Our manufacturing facility is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Project Coordinator department. An exciting opportunity for a hard-working, trustworthy & organized person, with a strong ability to multitask.

A can-do attitude is a must, along with the ability to perform under stress, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Every job is different and attention to detail and quality are essential to the performance of this job. Our work environment is fast-paced and deadline specific.

Job Type:
Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is a fully onsite role.

Responsibilities:
Manage and care for all new and current customer jobs and needs by providing excellent customer service
Serve as main point of contact to ensure seamless communication between artists and customers
Proactive follow-up with customers to ensure that they have the best possible experience
Answering phone calls, managing emails, online chats, and all customer issues that may arise
Outbound calling to current and prospective customers

Additional Requirements:
Must have good attendance and punctuality
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
Reliable transportation
Willingness to learn
Enthusiasm for outbound calling
Must be proactive and detail oriented

Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Customer service experience required
Must be a fast learner and able to work independently
PC proficient
