Job description
We are a family insurance agency since 1968 with 10 great employees. We need an additional personal lines customer service representative to service our home and auto clients.
Responsibilities:
- Quote new homeowner and automobile insurance policies
- Service existing homeowner and automobile clients
- Make changes to homeowner and automobile insurance policies on company websites and on our agency management system (EZLynx
- Applied Systems)
- Quote existing customers' policies and move them to a more competitive company if necessary
- Answer phone
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role with an insurance agency
- Proficiency in using computers and software programs such as Applied Systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
