Job description
We are a family insurance agency since 1968 with 10 great employees. We need an additional personal lines customer service representative to service our home and auto clients.


Responsibilities:

• Quote new homeowner and automobile insurance policies
• Service existing homeowner and automobile clients
• Make changes to homeowner and automobile insurance policies on company websites and on our agency management system (EZLynx
• Applied Systems)
• Quote existing customers' policies and move them to a more competitive company if necessary
• Answer phone
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role with an insurance agency
• Proficiency in using computers and software programs such as Applied Systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
