We are looking for a customer-oriented dispatcher, customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Dispatch several service technicians
- Ensure all technicians are sufficiently booked each day.
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and record customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Transcribe and file important documents, maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with general clerical tasks as needed to support office operations.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred.
