Job Duties and Responsibilities:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Act as a liaison, providing product/services information, answering questions, and resolving emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform accurate customer order entry, communicating delivery and terms, stock checks, order changes and expedites, return authorizations
  • Work closely with outside sales representatives to provide best possible service to customers, including inventory analysis and on time delivery.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the customer contacts and internal teams.
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities in a positive and engaging fashion
  • Excellent communication, computer, and presentation skills. Verbal and Written

Qualification/Competencies/Position Requirements:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Education and Experience:


  • Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
  • College degree in a technical discipline preferred
  • Experience in customer relations, customer service, purchase order entry and logistics preferred.
  • Proven Customer Support experience
