Due to a new partnership with Verizon and their Fios technology, we have seen rapid growth and are in immediate need of a lively and team-oriented Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service and Sales Department.

This is a front-facing position and is an integral part to the growth and expansion of our partnership with Verizon Fios.


Summary of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative Position: The Entry Level Customer Service Representative is the direct point of contact, or "front line," to our consumer base. From providing accurate and timely answers to going step by step through the sales process, the Entry Level Customer Service Representative needs to be energetic and organized to deliver an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back


Core Daily Functions of Our Entry Level Customer Service Representative:

  • Work directly with our customer base and help enroll them through the sales process
  • Demonstrate expertise in our clients' products and services
  • Answer any customer questions and concerns regarding the information on pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery process
  • Interact in a professional and empathetic manner while working externally with customers and internally with management or client executives
  • Follow all compliance, guidelines, and procedures laid out by our Quality Control team throughout the sales process and interaction
  • Keep uptodate files with the compliance department of all information on new and existing customer accounts throughout their sales process to delivery

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 12 years of Customer Service and/or sales experience is preferred and recommended
  • Experience in a customerfacing environment where you are comfortable working with other people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives working in a fastpaced environment with a diverse team
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative in daily and weekly tasks
*If someone is selected to become our Entry Level Customer Service Representative, we would encourage them to start within two weeks of hiring. This position is on-site, full-time, and we would require someone to commute daily to our local New Hyde Park location.


Pay:
$ $1,250.00 per week
