Description
The Client Service Representative is responsible for staffing the shelter during evening, overnight hours, and weekends. Maintaining security and assisting clients as needed. The function also performs a variety of clerical duties including typing, filing, and data entry. Provides crisis intervention to victims of domestic violence. They will maintain the highest degree of confidentiality associated with performing the duties of this function.

The Shelter Worker will also maintain, at all times, a commitment to quality service on behalf of the YWCA Sauk Valley.
