As a Business Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to help shape our business development strategy, cultivate key partnerships, and spearhead revenue growth for one of the largest utility companies on the West Coast.

QualificationsYou are passionate about:
Identifying, cultivating, and closing business within an established book of businessLearning and growing your knowledge in a variety of industries and drawing insights into how business and technology solutions can meet today's most crucial business needs.
Proven Hunter Mentality:
You will be taking over an established $10M book of business so you should be a strong relationship builder and possess experience hunting and farming
New Business Development Experience:
4-8 years of experience in driving business growth, cultivating relationships, achieving sales success within a consulting and/or solutions-based environment
Client Acquisition:
Experience with conversion strategies, including cold calling, networking, email outreach, and other innovative methods
Industry Experience:
Utilities experience is highly preferred but not required. Otherwise, must have experience working within the telecom, hi-tech, financial services, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent.
Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $110,000 - $135,000 for this role with uncapped commission.
OTE is $200,000 - $250,000. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
