    Immediate Full Time (Monday – Friday 9 to 5), in office administrative position available for a real estate office in Boca Raton. Candidate must have either real estate, title work or accounting background, keen attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work as a team member as well as being self-directed.

    This position could be the platform for opportunities in other areas of the Company depending on skill set. Excellent computer skills, be able to learn new programs quickly. Superior customer service experience mindset is required. Knowledge of AppFiles, Dotloop or a transaction processing software as well as back office (i.e. Lone Wolf) is a plus.

    We offer a competitive benefits package in addition to a wage structure that is commensurate with experience and background. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator. We are requiring a minimum of 2-years work experience in an office environment, real estate office experience is preferred.     AppFiles: 1 year (Preferred)
    Lone Wolf: 1 year (Preferred)

    Real estate or title work: 2 years (Preferred)
    License/Certification: Real Estate License (Preferred)
    Work Location: One location (IN office/NOT remote) – Boca Raton
