    As an
    Event Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\.

    Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:


    • Coordinate projects and activities\. This may involve attending meetings, taking notes and acting upon assigned duties to coordinate the assigned project\.
    • Maintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activity
    • Route incoming mail, faxes, and packages\.
    • Answer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests
    • Writes correspondence on behalf of the department\. Makes copies, sends/distributes outgoing mail \. Uses email system to deliver and accept emails\.
    • Greet internal and external customers when entering the department\. Assists with a variety of requests
    • Maintains detailed filing system for the department
