Overview:
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating memorable events? Join our team as a Catering Coordinator and bring your energy and enthusiasm to help us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests
Summary:
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of catering events, from initial inquiry to postevent followup
- Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized service throughout the planning process
- Assist in menu planning, including customization and dietary accommodations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including banquet, culinary, and audiovisual teams
- Manage event timelines, contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in the preparation of event orders, setup sheets, and other necessary documentation
- Contribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goals
- Able to lift up to 25lbs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in event planning or catering coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality experiences
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
