Key Responsibilities:


Event Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and customer-related events.

Coordinate logistics of events including registration, attendee tracking, and on-site support.

Track, calculate, and support pre-and post-event evaluations.

Coordinate with event vendor services and manage facility, exhibit set-up, equipment, and catering requirements.

Research potential event locations and alternatives.

Update competitor and related databases.

Compile, consolidate, format, summarize, graph, and present sales and marketing data.

Sales Enablement & Customer


Outreach:
Distribute eBlasts and support the coordination of open houses, training sessions, dormant account initiatives, and customer presentations.

Identify and support local trade shows and industry associations, attending and hosting events as necessary.

Community, Social, and Public Relations:
Promote new services, hires, and events locally and regionally.

Manage local social media and digital support, including LinkedIn groups, Facebook groups, and Twitter.

Identify key charity participation for PR and leverage key client activities.

Support local recruiting events such as job fairs and college outreach.


Site Presence:
Conduct quarterly visits to review and update signage, lobby, customer lounge, and other customer areas.


Vendor and Agency Management:
Work with and manage external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.

Maintain stock of all company promotional materials, ensuring brand compliance and budget management.


CRM and Lead Management:
Accrue and retain all leads generated from trade shows and events, importing data into the CRM system.

Manage the commercial contact list and lead list in the CRM and marketing automation platform.


Branding Standards:
Maintain and update branding standards, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing campaigns.

Assist with integrated marketing campaigns as directed.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience in event coordination or marketing.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
