This role is a part of our growing team based in beautiful Fort Washington, PA Were located just off the PA Turnpike. Were a small but fast-moving team here in PA with other office locations in Chico, CA and Bucharest Romania.
In this role you will be a player/coach, leading a team of 3-5 junior sales representatives as well as helping to close your own sales leads.
The role:
Reporting into the VP of Revenue, the highly visible Account Executive role is responsible for identifying, developing, creating and expanding revenue opportunities with net new client accounts. The right sales pro must be able to simply and clearly articulate our value prop to small businesses across the country, build relationships with aspiring e-commerce entrepreneurs, and apply a strategic selling approach to win and grow new customers.
You are a motivated professional, interested in a fast-paced p environment, and you can hit the ground running selling to SMBs. In this role, you will be selling a price-leader solution backed with clear ROI metrics in a rapidly growing market.
Skills:
Highly motivated and results-driven, a recent track record of overachievement of quota
Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesloft ABM solutions.
Ability to build and maintain your own pipeline.
A willingness to learn and succeed in a team, personable and collaborative
Effective written, verbal and listening skills
Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail
Your Core Competencies:
Startup DNA.
SAAS, Ecommerce or SMB selling.
Building Salesloft Cadences.
Working provided leads via email, phone, Linkedin, or other.
Using your own rolodex to build out lead opportunities.
Numbers-oriented, not afraid of quotas.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Developing and maintaining a sufficient new business pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Working within our partner solutions to develop and qualify leads.
Self -generation of sales leads and activity through research and contacting, via telephone, potential customers to qualify their needs and to build quality relationships with decision-makers
Responding promptly to incoming leads generated via Salesloft outreach.
Professional, articulate follow up of all prospect and customer contact by email to nurture future opportunities
Plan and prioritize your own sales activities to exceed all personal, team and business targets
Assisting as required with pipeline and other reporting to ensure campaign objectives and plans are communicated to the wider team
What You Offer:
2-4 years proven track record of creating, managing and upselling SAAS solutions in ecommerce or small-to-medium business.
Strategic, consultative selling skills
Ability to close on the first call.
Excellent communication skills from discovery to business value alignment to creating happy, successful customers
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a broader Growth team, interfacing with Marketers and Account Managers to discover revenue opportunities.
Competency in Account-based Marketing via Salesloft/Salesforce
