The Taskforce EventSales Manager attracts clients, secures event bookings, details the events,and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the process.Additionalresponsibilities of this role include:
Promote and sell event spaces, packages, and additional services to generate sales leads and prospect for new clients. Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and event agreements in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines. Conduct site visits and meetings with clients. Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event planning and execution. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events, such as equipment, rentals, and decorations.
Oversee event setup, manage event flow, and handle any last-minute changes or issues to ensure a flawless event experience for clients and attendees.
Work with the centralized sales team to sell and detail entire portfolio as needed.RequiredSkills:
Highly organized with strong oral and written communication skills Outstanding people skills Trustworthy and results-driven Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment available for all shifts Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Educationand Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major preferred Minimum one (1) year hotel/resort/event sales experience or the equivalent amount of industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
