Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Field Sales We, Städte-Verlag E. v. Wagner & J. Mitterhuber GmbH, are a medium-sized family business based in Fellbach near Stuttgart.

Since our founding over 70 years ago, we have been known as the market leader for cartographic advertising media in Germany.

Our modern, advertising-funded information media help people find their way and our customers to present their offerings in the right environment.

Currently, we employ nearly 100 employees of different age groups. Another 100 sales representatives work nationwide in our field sales. To support our direct sales, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) in field sales.

Your tasks You visit existing and new customers within a radius of 150 kilometers around your place of residence and sell print and online advertisements.

You build your own sales team. To do this, you conduct interviews with applicants, organize assessment days, and train new employees. You take over the deployment planning of your team and manage its sales activities.

To ensure the long-term success of your sales management, you regularly pass on your knowledge of direct sales to your employees - not only in theoretical workshops, but also with customers on site.

Your profile You are ambitious, hardworking, and reliable. You enjoy direct sales and work in a results-oriented manner. You are willing to take on responsibility. You convince with strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills. You have several years of professional experience
