Job Description

As Sales Department Manager (m/f/d) for the field sales team in the Turtle Creek, PA region, you are an important part of the largest field sales team in our industry.

You are responsible for increasing customer loyalty, acquiring new customers, and leading the team in the regional operation.

Team leadership: You are responsible for leading your field sales team in the region with approximately 10-12 employees, coaching and developing your team.

Acquisition of new customers: As department manager, you and your team are responsible for acquiring new customers. A new restaurant opening? Your team is on site.

Business development/progress: You are responsible for the sustainable development of new and existing customers, as well as gaining market share in your region. You always keep the target goals in mind.

Customer consultation: Equipped with the latest systems and technical equipment, you passionately advise our customers on site about our unique offers, thereby increasing sales and profitability.

Teamwork: Together with our customer management in the office, the wholesale market, and delivery, you form an unbeatable team.
