Description

Creating Fascination:
Your Tasks

Instructionbased positioning and clamping of components on fixtures
Monitoring of automatic operation of the machining center. Reporting malfunctions to superiors
Loading the machining center with preset tools
Measuring / checking various functional dimensions according to drawing specifications
Commissioning of new NC programs by "running in" and documenting any abnormalities / deviations from the desired process
Optimization and adjustment of cutting values and zero points
Presetting of tools through optical measurement according to specifications from the tool setting sheet
Machining (milling, drilling, deburring) of components according to drawing specifications using conventional machine tools
Programming and setting up of NCcontrolled machine tools

Bringing Strengths:
Your Qualifications

Successfully completed training as a machinist (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
First professional experience in the field of mechanical manufacturing
High degree of flexibility, reliability and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of German language in spoken and written form
Good MS Office skills
