  • As a trainee at MyShoes, you will go through an internal training program and get to know the world of shoes. You will be trained for the position of store manager (m/f/d) in our store in Kamp-Lintfort for 3 to 12 months, following an individual training plan. With good performance, you can take on first leadership tasks in a short period of time. In addition, you will attend our internal seminars, where we will also prepare you for your next career step. We are happy to support you in your professional and personal development.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You actively work in sales and ensure a pleasant shopping atmosphere through customeroriented service.
  • You will be trained in analyzing key figures.
  • During your assignment in a store, you are jointly responsible for implementing and adhering to company guidelines.
  • You will occasionally represent the store manager and take on first leadership responsibilities.
