Pacific International's Renewable Energy and Cleantech practice has been tasked with finding a Sales Director for a rapidly growing renewable energy manufacturer in Germany. This company is a global leader in Storage, PV solutions, and Inverters. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the DACH region, specifically focusing on distribution channels.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a hands-on approach. They will be responsible for driving business growth and building relationships with existing customers. The Sales Director will report to the Global Vice President of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage relationships with strategic partners in the DACH region to increase market share.

· Analyze local markets and stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and tariffs.

· Develop and implement sales strategies for the region, including key accounts in Germany.

· Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.

· Ability to build relationships and present to all levels within a potential customer's organization.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams at the company's headquarters to support talent acquisition and business growth.

Background & Required Skills:

· Previous experience leading a sales team in the DACH region, preferably in distribution or wholesale channels.
