We are seeking a highly motivatedBusiness Development Representative
to join our team as a founding member.
As the first dedicated BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by generating high-quality leads and creating opportunities for our sales team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of our sales processes, build relationships with key prospects, and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding SaaS company.
This role is imperative to accelerating the growth at Unlayer.As an early-stage addition to the sales team, there is potential for immediate impact to the business and a clear career path to upward mobility.
The BDR will have two main focus areas:Prospect for new business opportunities
Drive Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team utilizing outbound prospecting tools.
Qualify inbound leads
Qualify leads using our sales methodology to understand the needs of the prospect and move them forward into an SQL to be closed by the sales team.
Minimum of 2+ years in a BDR/SDR role for a SaaS company
Expert user with Hubspot CRM
Expert user with prospecting tool
History of successful outbound sales prospecting to large companies
Knowledge of email marketing, landing pages and/or digital strategy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Same-day response time to prospects with a sense of urgency
Timely and accurate reporting of all sales activities
Start up mindset with the ability to make things happen
Preferred Qualifications
Formal sales training using Force Management, Challenger or similar methodology
Google Suite experience
Bachelor's Degree
