    About the Job:

    We are seeking a skilled **Xstore Application Platform & Systems Solution Engineer** to join our team. If you have solid experience with the **Xstore Suite** and expertise in **Oracle technology stack**, this could be the perfect role for you. This is a fully remote position with occasional on-site work for local employees. Join us and become a key player in our growing team!

    • Bachelor's Degree in technology or information systems or equivalent work experience (preferred)
    • 8+ years of IT experience implementing various Oracle products (required)
    • 5+ years of experience with ORACLE Xstore & Retail (MOM) Suite (required)
    • Expert understanding of Oracle Application Techstack & ORACLE RDBMS (required)
    • Experience with Agile Framework (SAFe) (preferred)
    • Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence (preferred)
    • Development experience with Ansible, Azure, Groovy, Maven, Splunk, and AppD (preferred)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understanding of Xstore architecture, EFTLink, and data model
    • Experience with EOD process and store opening for Xstore POS
    • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Oracle Weblogic and Web-Server environments
    • Proficiency in Java code and bug identification during code reviews
    • Broad knowledge of DevOps tools and capabilities
    • Creation and management of Disaster Recovery environment
    • Adherence to operational controls and security policies
    • Application of security patches and communication with Oracle Support
    • Production readiness documentation and performance analysis

    Demonstrated Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies
    • Hands-on configuration, development, and implementation work
    • Building relationships with Product ARTs and IT shared services
    • Performance tuning of application systems
    • Troubleshooting and issue resolution for Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Retail, and POS (Xstore)
