Experience

• Assemble proposal team from Sales, Sales Operations, Solution Architects, Engineering, Marketing, Legal and Finance and guide them through the proposal development process.
• Develop Proposal Plans identifying proposal deliverables, milestones, task owners, key completion dates, and required compliance documents.
• Conduct proposal kickoff meetings with project team, executives, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and subcontractors, if relevant.
• Create and submit detailed, compliant responses which adhere to customer requirements, and are clear, relevant, and technically precise.
• Maintain repository of templates including executive summaries, company background, past performance, references, product collateral and exhibits.
• Lead team meetings to validate that the technical and pricing proposals provide customer value and maximize business opportunities.
• Manage company portfolio of State, Local and Education (SLED) procurement contracts to increase proposal eligibility from the public sector including but not limited to GSA, NCPA, and Naspo ValuePoint.
• Manage new vendor onboarding to support proposal and general company solutions.
• Monitor Commercial and SLED bid sites for proposal opportunities.
