    Description
    H&P is mandated on a role with a boutique investment bank looking to take on a Director. This opportunity also has the option to be fully remote but the office is based in NYC. They focus on the technology industry and are looking for someone with relevant sector experience and seniority.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct comprehensive financial and market research across the respective sectors
    Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and perform financial modelling and analysis.
    Monitor and support the performance of client companies and managing a team under them.
    Engage in market analysis, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities.


    The role:
    MBA preferred but not essential
    8+ years of investment banking experience.
    Bachelor's degree required.
