We're looking for a Director, Investment Banking Associate to:
Lead the structuring/execution and assist in the origination of Debt Capital Market (DCM), Structured DCM, Special Situations (SSG) and Liability Management/Restructuring across Latin America.
Help lead client coverage, origination, and transaction lead/idea generation.
Key member of the team responsible for financial modelling and deal documentation.
Lead the preparation of rating agency presentations and transaction marketing materials including roadshow presentations.
Work with the syndicate desk on marketing and pricing transactions.
Coordinate transaction due diligence work streams, including interaction with independent consultants, external counsel and other third parties.
Manage the drafting of internal transaction materials including presentation, memos, minutes and coordinate with credit risk and other control functions throughout the approval and execution process.

Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement
This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or four (4) years of experience as a Corporate Finance Associate, Analyst, investment banking, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with:
Bloomberg;

- rating agency methodologies and reports;
- credit underwriting standards;
- big picture investment banking service practices;
- bank processes;
- preparing operating models for different types of transactions including infrastructure assets to support transaction execution processes and pitch materials;
- presenting analysis to both internal and external clients in the context of deal sources and execution;
- financial industry trends and dynamics, competitors, external investors in financial sector; and
- advanced Excel.

Position requires Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
