Description

Siebert Williams Shank (SWS) is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to join its capital markets team based at its NYC headquarters on Wall Street.

Join our team dedicated to providing top-notch services to our corporate clients and contributing to the betterment of our communities.

Responsibilities

Assist in deal execution for investment grade bonds, equities, and hybrid securities
Create pitchbook materials, RFPs, and deal case studies
Manage client and transaction databases
Collaborate with departments like fixed income trading, equities, tax-exempt finance, and asset management
Engage with external transaction teams at law firms and banks
Minimum of months experience in investment banking or related field
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Qualifications

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Bloomberg experience preferred
SIE and Series 79 required, Series 63 and 7 a plus
