We're looking for a Director, Investment Banking to:
Evaluate, structure, and recommend financial strategic alternatives, including analyzing mergers, acquisitions and other strategic combinations, asset sales and divestures.
Lead the daytoday execution of transactions, including due diligence, valuation analysis and negotiating agreements.
Work with senior management, Associates, and Analysts to coordinate the development and review of materials.
Review the analysis of financial data and developments in financial markets.
Conduct research of targeted industries for investment purposes.
Review valuation analysis of prospective investment opportunities under consideration, including the assessment of financial risks.
Compare a company's financial data with other companies of the same industry, size and location to forecast industry trends.
Design and develop quantitative models to assess the economic performance of targeted companies.
Prepare written analysis and evaluations of investment opportunities for use by management and review by clients.
Lead internal and external client meetings, negotiating contracts and other agreements and due diligence sessions.

Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement
This position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in a Business Administration, Engineering (any), Finance, Economics, or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in an Investment Banking Associate or related occupation.
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement
The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a Business Administration, Engineering (any), Finance, Economics, or a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in an Investment Banking Associate or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
Mergers and Acquisitions
Debt and equity offerings
Public and private capital markets
Financial Modeling
S&P Capital IQ
Bloomberg
FactSet
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

- analyzing financial statements

Experience may be gained through graduatelevel coursework, research, or teaching experience.
