Excellent opportunity to work for a leading engineering and construciton company located in Brea, CA.

This position is 100% in office Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Growth opportunties

Job Description:

Prepare correspondence, reports, and a variety of technical documents.
-Enter and update information in electronic databases (CRM) and record-keeping systems.
-Engages in further efforts to improve the overall customer service of the organization.
-Enters and updates information as necessary in electronic databases and record-keeping systems.
- Prepares materials for meetings.
-Answers questions from clients and potential clients (email and phone queue).
-Audits or processes evaluation reports, when applicable.
-Organizes files and records.
-Performs other tasks as directed.
-Assisting with special projects.

Temp to perm

Must have excellent computer skills and at least 3 years of solid clerical background
