    Office / Operations Manager

    As a Surface Experts Office Manager, your job is to drive the operational functions of the business to enable our team to perform at its best every day. We are looking for someone who lives out our core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    Driving operational efficiency through
    • Optimization of our service schedule
    • Managing the fleet of vehicles for the company
    • Inventory, procurement, Invoicing and Accounts Payable
    • Managing and reporting on company data
    Build a strong team culture and work environment through
    • Scheduling and coordinating team events and trainings
    • Maintaining organizational efficiency and cleanliness of our office and workshop
    • Ensuring professional appearance of our team
    Required Qualifications:
    • Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
    • Organized multi-tasker, with high attention to detail
    • Professional, caring and service-minded
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
    Preferred Skills:
    • General working knowledge of property management, moving, hospitality and/or construction industries
    • Experience using CRM tools and processes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel
    Pay: $20 - $25.00 per hour plus additional Bonuses

    • High school or equivalent (required)
    • Secondary education with a focus on business or operations preferred
    License / Certification:

    Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels ... Almost Everything. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
    • Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
    • Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
