Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the weekly Jyve stocking schedule
  • Responsible for determining delivery schedule changes with Retail Services and Transportation due to reroutes, holidays, etc., and coordinating Jyve field operations
  • Responsible for managing all activities related to transitioning to and from Jyve stocking services including coordination and communication to KeHE and Jyve Corporate and Field Management
  • Responsible for properly maintaining and updating service level codes for all stocking stores through coordination with the Business Process Manager
  • Responsible for directing Regional Sales Process Administrators to continually improve Retail Services business processes as they relate to Jyve field operations
  • Coach, counsel, train, and evaluate job performance and the development of subordinates in meeting their assigned objectives and developing their skills.
  • Required to manage cross functional projects that focus on improving business operations, not limited to the scope of Retail Services or Jyve Operations
  • Responsible for reviewing weekly exception charges, and leading business improvement projects across the country to minimize exception charges
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving weekly stocking invoices by region
  • Fosters continuous improvement by developing and providing benchmarking analysis.
  • Leads projects in the areas of business cases and cost/benefit analysis
  • Collaborate with the various business units within the company that partner with Retail Sales to gather data that drives business decisions
  • Applies expertise in data mining, quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell a compelling story behind the numbers
  • Supports end users, problem solving, and troubleshooting
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Essential Functions:

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:

  • Excellent analytical abilities, outstanding business acumen and an understanding of the intersection between processes, people and systems
  • Ability to evaluate complex issues and project management skills to develop and implement actionable plans
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills; particularly, the ability to deliver analysis in a clear and actionable format
  • Ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes
  • Comfortable taking loosely defined business questions and translating them into clearly defined technical/data/report specifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, math, economics. MBA or MS preferred
  • 35 years of experience in an analytical role
