Position Overview:
We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee various facets of our business.

Your primary responsibilities will include global management of budgeting, forecasting, and inventory while ensuring seamless coordination and optimization of financial resources.

Additionally, you'll play a key role in managing and delegating tasks to our various teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.


You will be tasked with monitoring, auditing, and optimizing systems to enhance overall efficiency, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to drive financial performance.

Your ability to set and manage key performance goals for the team will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.


Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, contributing to the overall vision and direction of the company.

Responsibilities:


  • Global management of budgeting, forecasting, and inventory
  • Developing key performance goals and strategies while managing the performance of our various teams
  • Monitoring auditing and optimizing systems
  • Strategic planning
  • Optimizing financial performance through sales, budgeting, and forecasting strategy
  • Continually optimizing daily processes and systems, resulting in the overall efficiency of the organization
  • Optimizing manufacturing workflows and budgeting

Skills:


  • Must have at least three years of management experience, preferably within an inventorybased business and/or brand
  • Strong understanding of inventory, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Leadership and delegation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics, with keen attention to detail, in addition to the capacity to craft compelling narratives and strategies based on data insights
  • Experience working within a small business or brand
  • Strong operational skills
  • Ecommerce
