Project Coordinator - Remote (Must reside in Continental US, no sponsorship or corp-to-corp)

Duration: 3+ months

Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating and integrating activities across multiple, functional lines; handles larger, complex customer projects that require experienced, certified matrix management, detailed planning and reporting, sound leadership and communications skills, and extensive team building experience.

Help with chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting for the project.

Drive the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.

In addition to regular project communications, responsible to prepare, present, and distribute project information to applicable project, program, or portfolio managers.

Build productive relationships and collaborate with others to achieve objectives and ensure information flow.
Convey information in a concise and professional manner
Simplify difficult concepts for non-technical users.
Regularly interact with colleagues or clients generally up to senior level management.
Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues.
Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced team members

Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
3+ years of experience
Previous ServiceNow / large ticketing exp
Previous AD experience
Teachable
Able to hit the ground running
Able to pass a background check/drug test prior to starting
