    Project Coordinator - Remote (Must reside in Continental US, no sponsorship or corp-to-corp)

    Duration: 3+ months

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for coordinating and integrating activities across multiple, functional lines; handles larger, complex customer projects that require experienced, certified matrix management, detailed planning and reporting, sound leadership and communications skills, and extensive team building experience.
    • Help with chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting for the project.
    • Drive the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.
    • In addition to regular project communications, responsible to prepare, present, and distribute project information to applicable project, program, or portfolio managers.
    • Build productive relationships and collaborate with others to achieve objectives and ensure information flow.
    • Convey information in a concise and professional manner
    • Simplify difficult concepts for non-technical users.
    • Regularly interact with colleagues or clients generally up to senior level management.
    • Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues.
    • Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced team members

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • 3+ years of experience
    • Previous ServiceNow / large ticketing exp
    • Previous AD experience
    • Teachable
    • Able to hit the ground running
    • Able to pass a background check/drug test prior to starting
