    Job Description

    We are looking for a Project Coordinator to be a part of our team at Midland Glass, a company specialized in commercial glazing within the construction sector. As a Project Coordinator, your role will involve understanding and addressing customer requirements, offering information on aluminum windows, and ensuring approved sales are processed effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer inquiries
    • Provide details about products and services
    • Resolve product issues and concerns
    • Maintain customer records accurately
    • Monitor job costing

    ​Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
    • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
    • Professional and positive communication
    • Strong written and verbal skills
    • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy

    Preferred (not mandatory) skills:

    • Knowledge of QuickBooks software
    • Background in the construction field
    • Marketing experience (e.g. creating brochures, social media updates, copywriting, etc.)
