Design|Build|Remodel is on a 41 yearlong mission to make life better for our homeowners, not just different, and we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our production department.

    As Project Coordinator, you will help to ensure the smooth execution of residential remodeling projects from start to finish. Your involvement starts at job handoff meetings and duties include verifying schedules, obtaining permits, ensuring compliance, communicating with staff, trade partners, and clients, ordering and tracking materials, auditing project documents, and preparing reports among many others.

    The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping projects on schedule and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.

    Ideal candidates will have an associate or bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in residential construction along with a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently, and excellent communication skills.
