    Key Responsibilities

    • Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure consistent sales revenue
    • Evaluate and qualify incoming leads and prospects through phone and email communication
    • Present and promote the company's products and services to both new and existing clients
    • Plan and execute regular visits to prospective and current clients
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
    • Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, customer information, and sales team performance evaluations
    • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently
    • Ensure smooth operation of all sales and customer service processes
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive continuous sales growth
    • Keep accurate records of sales figures, customer base, and sales team performance evaluations

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High school diploma or college degree
    • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding
    • Good understanding of operational procedures
    • Advanced knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
    • Team player with willingness to travel
    • Ability to generate new sales opportunities
    • Proactive and ambitious in seeking new business ventures
    • Possessing an existing customer base is a plus, regardless of size
    • Strong negotiation and sales skills

    Work Schedule

    Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break
