- Evaluate and qualify incoming leads and prospects through phone and email communication
- Present and promote the company's products and services to both new and existing clients

- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, customer information, and sales team performance evaluations
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Ensure smooth operation of all sales and customer service processes

- Keep accurate records of sales figures, customer base, and sales team performance evaluations
- High school diploma or college degree
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Good understanding of operational procedures
- Advanced knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Team player with willingness to travel
- Ability to generate new sales opportunities
- Proactive and ambitious in seeking new business ventures
- Possessing an existing customer base is a plus, regardless of size
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
