    We need a Marketer/Client Account Manager who:

    Is willing and able to work in the field 95% of the time in Los Angeles, California.
    Has the ability to bring in new clientele that will increase the business growth and profitability of the company.
    Assesses each prospective potential clientele through in-home assessments and determines the appropriateness for admission.
    Applies and executes aggressive marketing strategies that focus on the company's visibility in the senior community.
    Is directly responsible for initiating contacts and meetings with potential clientele, their families, and referral sources.
    Monitors industry trends and establishes short-term and long-term marketing strategies to expand target markets and service areas.
    Analyzes census (admissions vs. terminations) in the industry, and identifies areas of improvement.
    Conducts regular visits to existing clients to ensure that the client's needs are adequately met.
    Maintains a positive, professional, and healthy relationship with existing clients and referral sources.

    REQUIRED SKILLS /


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Proven sales track record for Home Care or Pharmaceutical company is required.
    Must have a Bachelor's degree
    Excellent track record in acquiring new customers (generating new accounts/clientele)
    Ability to build rapport with clients and partners in the industry
    Must be self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
    Able to work independently, and with a team.
    Must be proficient and have an excellent command of the English language.


    OTHER INFORMATION:
    Starting salary, from 84k to 120k per annum.
    Must be fluent in English language (oral and written).
    This is a sales position and applicants

    must be residing around LA or nearby area and must already have a valid California driver's license.
    With a car, gas, and marketing allowance.
