Job DescriptionDescription:Staxbill is a software platform that simplifies subscription billing management by automating manual accounting, financial processes and workflows. Their cloud- based platform gives companies the freedom to grow their businesses, the flexibility to capitalize on new product opportunities, and the agility to maintain a competitive edge. Originally, Fusebill, now Staxbill, was acquired by Greater Sum Ventures in July 2021 and has since continued major corporate growth, along with it's sister companies, Stax Connect, Stax Pay and CardX.
We are seeking a collaborative, results driven Business Development Representative to join the Sales team to drive new client business. You will be an integral part to the overall success of the sales force. You will be responsible for conducting research to identify potential prospects, qualifying leads via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. Working amongst the sales team you will initiate prospecting activities to generate new business and qualify opportunities to help build the sales pipeline. You will assist the AE's by setting appointments with warm leads to further engage with the best prospects. You will leverage product knowledge to better position the product and services offered by StaxBill. You will strive to exceed key revenue generation goals, collaborate cross departmentally and contribute positively to a fast paced, high energy environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Post-secondary Degree in Business or relevant field
• High Proficiency in both Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom Info, Gartner, G2 and LinkedIn
• Proven account of achieved sales targets.
• 1 + year experience in customer service/sales in FinTech and/or SaaS
• Exposure to sales training methodology and coaching
• Familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot and other similar platforms
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mentality.
• Highly coachable with a passion for developing a career in sales.
• Articulate, friendly, and success driven.
• Enjoys a start-up environment.
