THE ROLE:

  • You will start your career as an Account Executive at ATOSS in the role of a Sales Development Representative
  • In the first few months, you will contact potential customers via social media and phone to determine how our software solution can benefit their company. You will use the SPIN-Selling method for this
  • You will act as a process consultant on the phone, focusing on workforce scheduling. You will identify current weaknesses in processes and provide initial suggestions for improvements
  • In order to ask the right questions, you will receive comprehensive onboarding through the ATOSS Sales Academy, consisting of 5 weeks of theoretical training and 5 weeks of practical training on topics such as SPIN, Solution Selling, Legal, and Communication
  • After completing the onboarding, you will independently contact potential customers with at least 500 employees and work towards your goal of achieving a defined number of qualified calls and scheduled appointments
  • Once you have reached your goals for two consecutive quarters, you will be promoted to Associate Account Executive and take on responsibility for the entire sales cycle
  • During your first year, you will participate in at least 25 customer meetings to prepare for the role of Account Executive and deepen your expertise
  • Travel required: 10%-20%
