During my MAB studies, I completed several descriptive analysis projects, including deep analysis of Disney data & Universal data comparison of stocks, and optimization of theme park brands for reopening. I also worked on the aviation industry, measuring success using industry data to create a balanced scorecard with strategic objectives and KPIs. Additionally, I conducted research on pharmaceutical companies like Sanofi and applied strategies to become a leader using the 7Ps and PESTEL frameworks. In the automation industry, I applied incremental and discontinuous innovation.
