    Full-time Vertical: Customer OperationsRole SummaryeClerx Customer Operations seeks an exceptionally talented and well-networked Senior Sales Executive to cover an assigned client/sector/region to further generate growth for our Field Service Operations Solution practice.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong network garnered over years of working with or interfacing with senior leaders in this space across various industries.

    This sales professional will own the sales process and outcomes and actively grow a healthy pipeline and drive opportunities to closure through deal origination, sales negotiations, and building internal partnership with subject matter experts and client engagement team members.

    The ideal candidate will need to have the ability to be in our NY office periodically.
    Key Responsibilities Identify/cultivate key accounts and decision makers and develop relationships leading to new business opportunities.

    Identify market opportunities (through individual marketing efforts as well as corporate-driven marketing programs), initiate sales processes, close sales and contribute industry knowledge to the company's overall market strategy.

    Be responsible with every stage of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Rapidly identify target customers followed by a well-defined follow through plan to aggressively close new business.

    Continually reassess target markets and proactively partner with Client Engagement Managers and Solution SVP to up/cross sell within designated existing accounts.

    Generate and communicate ideas for go-to market strategies with the SVP of BD and Business Unit leaders. Proactively partner with the operations teams in India to help drive sales. Actively attend (in person or virtual) industry events, conferences and trade generate leads and gain up-to-date market intelligence. The role may require 50% travel.

    Eligibility Requirements Demonstrated understanding of key business issues and drivers within this industry, technologies utilized by clients, the current and potentially emerging demands and trends in the market, etc.

    Demonstrable experience and success in selling to and developing relationships with senior level executives and decision makers in the target functions and support of field tech operations and/or field service operations.

    Experience selling directly to the cable, communications & satellite industries would be a major plus.

    A heavy concentration of experience selling field tech operations and/or field service operations coupled with the ability to convey how eClerx's solutions can benefit clients is preferred.

    Proven track record of hunting new (emerging) logo clients and building such accounts Well versed in consultative selling with a proven track record in assuming a trusted advisor capacity with senior stakeholders in target accounts with the ability to understand the client's business issues and then tailoring a solution (in collaboration with practice leads and delivery teams) to meet the client's needs.

    Well-organized, team player, self-motivated; a doer and closer with exceptional communication, verbal and written, presentation and excellent interpersonal managing skills.

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, & the current suite of online/virtual sales tools. Excellent interpersonal managing skills and the ability to work well with teams located globally.
