    Corporate Finance GL Accountants Dept Description Accounting Shared Services Manager This position will be responsible for supporting and managing the Shared Service Departments.

    Given the nature of this job the right candidate will need:
    + Strong working knowledge in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable + Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills + Strong accounting basis with a focus in AP and AR + Strong analytical skills + Flexible work schedule + Proficiency in ERP system operations

    General Tasks:
    + Supervision and mentoring of Shared Service Team + Implement procedures to increase efficiencies in daily operations + Ad hoc analysis and reporting + Supports yearly financial audits and information requests + Performance appraisals of staff + Consulting on annual budgets for department + Other duties as assigned Education/ Experience: + College degree with a focus in accounting + In lieu of degree 10+ years of experience + 6+ years experience covering Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable + 4+ years of management related experience + In-depth understanding of AP and AR transactions and reconciliations + Strong Microsoft suite skills Preferred Education/ Experience: + Bachelor's degree with a focus in accounting + Certified Public Accountant (CPA) + Familiar with Dynamics or other ERP Systems + Expert in Microsoft suite At POWER Engineers, you can have a rewarding career on every level
